We deliver across G.T.A. When ordering, please provide us with accurate name, address (including postal code), telephone number and message card information. Any changes to your order, once the data has been processed, may cause a delay in shipment and may result in additional shipping charges. Colours may vary according to season and availability.

CaterTrendz® Creative Baskets reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. This includes bases and basket items. All rush orders within the courier's same day delivery area will be charged a basket delivery surcharge after 9:30 AM. (Not available during holiday season and Saturdays).

Orders placed after 3:30PM will be delivered within 2 business days. (Saturdays are an exception). Orders placed after December 7^th will not be guaranteed delivery on the day requested. Volume and weather conditions may cause a delay at this time of year.
